Food Blog: My Journey With Atkins

Started breakfast off right with a protein bar and a couple glasses of water. For lunch I’m having baked chicken and a side of vegetables. This diet definitely fits me. Yes I admit it I love atkins because I couldn’t give up protein but I can give up carbs easier. For dinner I’m probably going to have chicken strips and a side of mixed vegetables.
