Food Blog: My Journey with Atkins


I usually like to mix it up for Breakfast. Instead of having 2 eggs and bacon I’ll go to the local store and get A quest bar which usually contains 15-20g of protein, 3 net carbs, and only 1 gram of sugar. I’ll get a coffee but I’ll drink it black without creamer or sugar. The flavored coffee usually already has a distinct taste to it so there’s no need to add more flavor. Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day as far as your metabolism goes. It keeps you going when you wake up, gets the brain going. I’ll usually take a walk if I have time to get the blood going in the morning as well.
