Food Blog: My Journey with Atkins.


I just had dinner it was a plate of hot wings with a no carb, calorie, tea infused seltzer water. Can I just say I love this low-carb diet. I already feel more energy and I’m not getting headaches or feeling sluggish through the week. I’m taking walks in the morning and most definitely on the weekends. I take naps on the weekend usually because I’m burnt out through the week. I can’t wait till the Valley Stream Blink Fitness opens up so I can get my cardio and weight training back on.
