Food Blog: My Journey with Atkins


Reducing the amount of carbs I eat has been quite easy. If I have bread I usually choose wheat or the Atkins brand. Like tonight I’m having turkey burgers. I’m skipping the fries and still drink no carb, no calorie seltzer water. Atkins has been great. It’s definitely giving me more energy. I know people that are going vegetarian and losing weight but I need more protein to keep muscle mass.
